Ok first of all, no hate, just recommendations for a better app.
This morning Whatsapp has released their new “Whastapp Web” that allows you to send messages through your browser. Like finally, but wait there’s something different. Notice this?
Yup. This actually means that the web app is only mirroring the app on your phone for you. It’s not actually sending its own message to your friends. You will need to keep your phone connected to the internet when you want to send from your browser.
So what’s better?
I’ve been using this app called Telegram a lot and it has been great. So nice that I’ve been trying to recommend it to all my friends.
Send your messages from any device, as many as you want. And its not Mirroring.
Privacy concerns? Its encrypted
Something that telegram is lacking though is users. So far only a handful of my friends are using it. Hopefully this post brings more users to my circle. 🙂
